Very nice,very professional. I had struggled to fix my carpet cleaning machine for 2 weeks. I hired a handyman to repair it,but he wasn't able to fix my machine. Finally, i found Niko's on Google. They've solved my machine’s problem within one hour at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. ??

What an absolute dream , they treated us so well and with great no make that absolutely fantastic customer service. We made a mistake and they helped within an hour on a weekend no less. Nevermind with those other carpet cleaners, they have machines that made my carpets look brand new. Highly recommend on machine and or customer service alone, Thank you Niko's

Great experience, very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased an used industrial-grade canister vacuum for our veterinary hospital and needed parts. Karen and her team did a great job sourcing the parts, fixing our machine and now it runs like new. Highly recommend.
