Just ordered a custom gaming PC, very happy so far. I'm a first-timer and had some very nitpicky questions about marginally different parts, and was hunting for the best possible deal. I spoke with 4 people total, and 3 were good but after placing my order I had some trepidation. Called back and Wayde H sealed the deal with some smart substitutions and exceptional customer service. 5 stars for the process so far! Still need to get the PC in my hands and make sure it runs. :)
Great service. I originally called a month ago with interest in a new processor that launched this month. They called me back the day it was in stock. It was going to be the centre of a new build, and I believe I talked to Kunal. Sorry, I'm terrible with remembering names if I got that wrong.
I came in, we talked, designed the right system for my needs. And got it built. It was done faster than I anticipated and they provided great service on top of that by also install an extra drive I had to hand in the build on pickup.

This place is the BEST and the employees are wonderful! We were in desperate need of a computer diagnosis AND find whatever part was needed. The guys at Memory Express Computers in Langley guided every step and provided all the information we needed for a successful repair.
