Don't know his name, but the young white guy with glasses is really good--he understands the best computer parts for each use case. Helped me choose parts for a $2300 computer for over an hour, and patiently waited while I was on the phone with my bank.
The team overall was helpful, but one Indian employee was unnecessarily antagonistic. I spent $1,600 on parts, and due to a miscalculation on their end, they included an extra fan that wouldn’t fit the PC case they themselves had recommended. I simply asked for a $25 refund for that fan.
Instead of resolving it smoothly, the Indian employee immediately became argumentative and tried to dispute every reason for the refund. It came across as refund hostility from the start
