I have been a patient of Sarah's for the past several years, and she has helped me a lot on my rehabilitation journey, which I am very grateful for. She is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, with amazing techniques to have me feel refreshed, relaxed, and pain-free after each session. The environment is also very peaceful and Zen, making the whole experience very wholesome!

Stephen is a massage therapist hard to come by. He knows his stuff and can zero in on a culprit muscle. No more neck pain and no more headaches. Now he's working on my shoulder that neither a physio or a chiro could solve. It's feeling better already. I would recommend him to anybody.
