Straight forward, very nice, good communication. Got it back within the same day, Xbox Series X console's HDMI out was broken. It was done within 4 hours of drop off. Thanks for the service!

THANK YOU! PC was fixed. New hard drive installed and ALL data transferred (INCLUDING MY OFFICE, PASSWORDS, AND ALL EMAILS) it was like I just took a 2 week vacation and came home to the same computer. Husband's PC needed the same thing just week's later but he went to "THE OTHER GUY" and it cost $200 more with no transfer of his office or passwords.

What a great place with great service and fantastic helpful staff. If thay can't fix your computer or cell phone problem - nobody can. And they always give sound options and logical advice. I have been an extremely happy customer since 2016. Thanks Joy for all you help.
