I chose this company based on the high reviews, the craftsmanship described on the website and the prices were affordable. First thing to know is that if you are a DIY person, this company will work well for you, but if you are a professional installer, you will need to know there are some differences from most other companies, so go through website thoroughly. I wasn't comfortable with ordering online, so I decided to go in-person to the showroom, but it was locked, and when I spoke to someone in the Brampton location, they said the regular person had a medical emergency but a lady would be arriving off the plane and so Simran showed up, and she is management from... read full review
Order placed on Jan 15th for kitchen cabinets, when the website stated 2-3 weeks production time, parts not received yet after 6 weeks and now the production lead time on the website has increased to 4-5 weeks.
I can't speak for quality at this time but service is not great.
I'm probably going to use IKEA again in the future (you pay only when your parts are ready and the return policy is great)

I'm revisiting the review to 4 stars as the product quality and finishing are AMAZING for the low price you pay.
