Technician Nic was wonderful and answered all my concerns. I cannot overstate how service-oriented this team is. Not only did they do an honest, good job at first go without painting a bleak picture of how bad my car's condition is and how it needs so many X, Y, Z services and parts, but they also booked me Uber to and fro. I had few concerns after the service, and I could not take my car back for weeks. When I reached out to them after weeks for a follow-up, they promptly scheduled me for the earliest slot available and checked my car at no additional cost!
P.S: I had gone for wheel alignment for my Model Y after getting a new set of tires.“
