Thankfully it wasn’t in the middle of winter when my furnace quit….but it was cold enough! Shawn came as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and installed the new valve. I have a back-up heat source so we didn’t need to treat this as an emergency, and Shawn reflected that fact on the final invoice. Now I see they do drain cleaning - I’m going to call them again!
Outstanding Service!
Our building had a major plumbing emergency late at night, and Across Town Plumbing and Heating were incredible. Their team arrived within an hour, fixed a burst pipe quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Their 24/7 service really came through for me when I needed it most. Highly recommend them for anyone in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley!
We’ve had Across Town do two different plumbing jobs for us over the past two years and are very pleased with both results. Their staff were well prepared, competent, thorough and communicated well with us… and did a top notch job in cleaning up afterwards. (The bathrooms both looked better than at the start!) We highly recommend this company for your home plumbing needs!
