I had a minor roofing issue this week and called Derek from Accountable Roofing Services Ltd. He not only made time to come over that day, at the end of his work day, but he took the time needed to thoroughly check my roof and find the cause of the issue. He then proceeded to make the necessary repairs on that visit. Derek was focused on fixing my roofing issue and he did it with detail and proficiency. He is a very professional roofer and he cares about happy customers.

We’ve had recurring problems with our roof over the past 9 years. Two days ago, we noticed a new leak. This time, we called Accountable Roofing. The next day, Derek came to inspect and provide a quote. He pointed out the places where previous roofers had made errors and told us how he would rectify the situation. His team came the following day to do the job! Finding someone who was immediately available took a huge load off our minds, especially since it was between Christmas and New Year, when many roofers were closed. Thanks Derek and team!
Accountable Roofing was everything we wanted: responsive to phone calls/messages, meticulous in detail, perfect in execution, and fairly priced. And no roofing debris was left in the yard. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this service.
