Taylor was wonderful! Friendly and diagnosed our issue quickly with an easy to understand layman explanation. Nice to have our "older" heat pump appreciated also! I was wondering if we may end up being told it was time to upgrade but that wasn't the case at all as Taylor explained the other components were testing well. Always puts your mind at ease having honest technicians that aren't pushing a sale. Highly recommend:)

Selecting Sasquatch Heat Pumps as the dealer of choice was the best decision we could have made. We had recently purchased the house (which was equipped with a geothermal heat pump), only to find out that the existing contractor's service contract was onerous. Sasquatch interacted with that company and removed their equipment without incident or expense to us. Over a three day period, the Sasquatch crew, led by Mason Sidoroff, installed the new equipment, upgraded the electric panel, and did a thorough cleanup.
