Okanagan Sundeck Centre - Vinyl Decking, Aluminum Deck Railing

I needed to fix my vinyl decking but only needed a small area (1x1 foot). The material needed was discontinued years ago and is no longer available.

I contacted Okanagan Sundeck Centre with a 'shot in the dark' ask if they had any leftover material that I could buy from them. They were tremendously helpful, packaged it up, and gave it to a courier to ship to me. In the end, they gave the material free of charge which is a big help for a rather expensive and urgent repair.

Very generous and super helpful. Highly recommended.

Service provided: Alluminum railings for stairs on back deck. Frameless glass railing as well as Tuffdeck vinyl on front deck.Excellent customer service with our super friendsly sales person Ray!!! Cannot say enough about our experience with Okanagan Sundeck Centre. First off, they returned my call for a request for a quote and booked my appointment within a few days, which is amazing compared to the other 4 companies in Kelowna that did not return my call.
