“I've had two stellar experiences with Zoltera in the course of a year, both involving replacing aging HVAC systems; one in a commercial building, the other my house. The building was fully pre-planned and everything was taken care with professionalism and excellence in service- the system works wonderfully in both extreme heat and cold with few people or hundreds gathering; the house, as so often happens, was an emergency replacement on a furnace that bit the dust during our out of country vacation in February. Not ideal timing.Zoltera not only came to the rescue, but proposed a new (to me) system that would replace my two aging furnaces and a/c units with a single system that serves the whole house incredibly well. We live in a long, gracefully aging rancher, and historically the bedrooms which are very far from the furnace and a/c would be too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The new multi zone system that Zoltera recommended and installed has completely!!! changed the comfort level in our home; offering consistent, fully programmable heating and cooling exactly where and when we need it. It's a game changer. I need to add that it's also far less expensive to operate due to its high efficiency, and we are pleased with our noticeably lower power bills.I know that one shouldn't get overly excited by HVAC, but my family appreciates our new system so much. I expect we will simply get on with life not thinking too much about heating and cooling because it's working so well; and that is exactly why I highly recommend Zoltera for all of your heating and cooling needs.“
