We just called about our heat pump not working, and they were able to send someone first thing the following morning. Mark and Kennedy were absolutely amazing to deal with. They found the problem literally within minutes of looking at the unit, were able to get a new part, and had the heat pump back up and running within 45 min. We've used Ladysmith Heating and Plumbing before, will definitely be using them in the future, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We were very please with the prompt service and the knowledgable technician was very friendly and helpful. The problem with our heat pump was solved in less than an hour. I would certainly recommend Ladysmith H & P to others who need help.
