Mel took me on very short notice to fix a color catastrophe. She said the color was so weird she thought the stylist who did it grabbed the wrong bottle. Not only did Mel fix it and give me a nice color, she wrote down what she thought happened and what she did to fix it so my stylist at home would understand what I need next. During the design, Robin somehow incorporated all the key aspects I was looking for across different ideas. But he also ensuredthe design covered other important considerations I would never have thought about. During the build, Trent took over. I expected a project manager to line-up the trades and a schedule. But beyond impressive was Trent’s attention to every detail to deliver quality. And, he had the construction problem solving experience to resolve the trickiest situations that popped during the build. Next, were the Munter permanent employees and sub-contracted trades. All of them dedicated to making it right while being fun, engaging, respectful and always cleaning up at the end of the day. Had an old tree in the front yard part of it was dying wasn’t sure what to do so I looked up this guy Zack came out and decided he could carve on this tree so we had them do face of a bear as well as a hummingbird sculptured one hummingbird And also a large tree spirit. Amazing guy does it all with chainsaw and by hand free hand if you’re looking to get anything done, this is a guy to see in the Kimberley area.
