Excellent customer service at Waxcetera in Kelowna, such a great location, and very professional staff. I was treated with care, and my esthetician, JORDAN, was terrific; she was friendly, gentle, and prompt. I highly recommend this salon!

I don’t live in Kelowna, but I visited and had my waxing done at Waxcetra with Krista. I wish I had a “copy” of her in Toronto! The customer service was amazing — she was so welcoming, fast, and clean. She made the whole process so easy and comfortable that I barely noticed the time passing. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going here for a while and I am always happy with the results! The staff is always so nice and it is a very professional/comfortable environment. I always book with Hunter and she makes the wax so much easier to get through. Would definitely recommend!
