Kjel Cartier came today to service my furnace, AC unit and gas fireplace. He did a great job and is returning early next week to do a few extra things once he rounds up some new components that will upgrade my HVAC system. Kjel explained everything very thoroughly, checked the entire system and gave me a real feeling of confidence that things will run smoothly until our next service visit. I will be asking for Kjel next time I need some service. Thank you Kjel.
Vision Plumbing was amazing!! I am very pleased with their professional work. We had a main waterline leak and needed to replace the furnace and hot water tank. Brent helped me make the right decision, provided me with different options, and advised which suited our situation the best. The work was completed in a short period of time. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient. Brent followed up with me through each step to make sure I was satisfied, and he responded to all my concerns in a timely manner. Our AC stopped working on Saturday of the August long weekend with temperatures in the high 30s. I called Visions and Keenan was at my place within an hour. He expertly repaired the AC and we were able to stay cool during the hot spell. Keenan was professional and a great ambassador for Visions Plumbing and Heating. I will definitely call Visions for future work. Well done!
