Kelli Calvert has been our property manager since 2022. She manages two of our rentals, and it’s been a breeze ever since she took over for me.I live in the USA now, and realized I wouldn’t be able to be as present in our property management in Canada, so I hired her on. Plus, we clicked immediately on the phone, while I was searching for someone.She is very professional, and her communication is always excellent.I trust her with EVERYTHING, and, would recommend her to anyone who wishes to have a good property manager in their team!

Being newbies, from our initial contact, we felt completely at ease having Jessica walk us through the entire process. Jessica responded to our every need along the way, finding the perfect tenant and doing regular check ins at or property. Our property was turned back to us in perfect condition.
