I had a haircut at a different salon yesterday which was completely botched. Thao at Untouchable was able to save the day and my mental health with a complete hair cut that looked exactly like what I was expecting!!
Not only is she a wonderful human that is incredibly kind, she had zero judgment for what my hair looked like from the previous haircut. While we made light of the situation, she didn't dwell on the bad experience and I felt as though there was nothing being "fixed" and she was just giving my hair a normal hair cut. She is amazing. Thank you Thao! ✨
I would say that I was lucky to find this Salon and it was my first time being there. I had Lyndsey as my hair stylist and she is such a professional lady and did an incredible job with my new hairstyle. My experience with Lyndsey was wonderful and she deserves 10/10 as she knows very well about haircut and styling. She also provided me with tips and suggested me nice products. Moreover, the young lady at the front desk is so nice, kind and welcoming and she really deserves appreciation. She will go beyond of what you ask her and will guide you the best way.
