We just hired "Surroundz Eavestroughs" to fix and adjust all our eaves as they were installed badly and incorrectly on our house (by another company). After last year's ice dam issues and an insurance claim, along with chipping out ice, on a ladder in -10 to -15 for three weeks last year, I knew we needed experts to help us. Our home was built ten years ago and we bought it six years ago. It appears that the original installers didn't know what they were doing. I can make a list of the installation mistakes along with several troughs sloped in the wrong direction! I had Surroundz remove my old eaves and downspouts and install some new, black ones. They did a phenomenal job and, after clearing up a little discrepancy, they returned right away to make the required changes - no questions asked! I would definitely recommend!
