The staff and service at Springfield Funeral Home are exceptional. Both of my parents had prepaid their plans and made arrangements with them for their end of life services. If you are thinking about doing this in preparation and making things easier on the loved ones you leave behind: DO IT! Don't wait. It was such a gift. We recently needed the services of Springfield Funeral home. From the moment I contacted them they have been caring and professional. They walked me thru everything in a timely manor. They provided me with everything I needed as well as info on things I didn't know I needed. Everyone from the receptionist to the office manager and everyone I spoke with was caring and empathic. I would highly recommend everyone on the team.
