I have dealt with Colleen at Nu Floors numerous times as she always does an amazing job. Not to mention she goes above and beyond for her clients. She recently completed a fireplace renovation for me, and streamline the whole process from start to finish in less them a month! Her attention to detail, and here eye for decorating turned my reno into a stunning fireplace. I would highly recommend Colleen to anyone.

After a terrible experience at Nufloors West Kelowna, I went to Kelowna and dealt with Holly. She ordered what I wanted and had it shipped to her store when promised. One part of the order fell through, so she reordered it from another supplier, saving me $30.00, which they put back on my credit card. Kudos to Nufloors Kelowna.
