I had won a voucher at a golf tournament. Wasn't sure what it was all about. Decided to book an appointment to see what Osteopathic entailed. I was pleasantly surprised of what was involved. I did have a few aches and pains that needed attention and Melisa Pateman went through her routine and I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be booking a return trip. Thanks Melissa.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Christine really spends time to assess your situation and provide support through stretches between visits when needed. I also like that I can get massages and chiro help out of the same place. If you give permission, they will share information between practitioners so you don't have to try and explain it all yourself multiple times.
I came to Dr. Col back in 2022 with a hip issue. Since then I have never looked back, and as a recreational athlete I have issues that occasionally pop up, Dr. Col is my go to. I can see she is a large reason I can still do the things I do. Her knowledge about human movement is amazing, her ability to treat and problem solve is premium. As a professional in the field of exercise science myself, I can safely say that you are in the best of hands by seeing her.
