The clinic offers a variety of medical-grade treatments, including injections and ZO skincare products. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced, with a holistic view on skin health. Patients appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which feels more like a boutique-style clinic than a doctor's office. Shaylah greets visitors with kindness, making what could be an intimidating experience very comfortable. The clinic is beautiful, well organized, and spotless. The team, including Suzette, go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Suzette has over 10 years of experience and explains everything thoroughly, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for. Overall, Kelowna Medical Aesthetics is highly recommended for its outstanding service and effective treatments.

First off, the location is easy to find. The office is clean and bright with great natural light. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and Covid practices were in place. I felt very safe. Suzette did an amazing job with my dermaplaning. She was time efficient and paid great attention to detail. My skin felt so smooth afterwards. She definitely made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and I look forward to continuing treatments with her.
