I was looking for an older style carpet to replace a section of damaged carpet in my home, and I met Erin Gartner in her store. She is such a warmhearted lady, she not only provided different samples for me to bring home to compare with my old carpet, but also used her own time to visit my home to look at the damage, helping to get the solution and the right people to do the repair job. We ended up taking a section of carpet out of a utility room, and she provided the replacement material for the utility room for free. I would have never expected anyone to provide such good customer service!
