I had some sparking on an electrical outlet and called Holmes. They could tell I was really concerned, so they had Andrew come out to take care of it. He wasn't even working that day, but he was in the area. He replaced the outlet and checked my panel at no extra charge. Great Quality Service, and caring for a customer. We had Issues with heating. Suspected thermostat, called Homes electric, The same day Andrew responded and efficiently changed the thermostat. The next morning (Saturday) we had the same issues with the heat cutting out. Left a message with the office, Diane called me back within hours. We discussed the problem, and she suggested that before we called the furnace people ( that could be expensive ) to clean the thermocouple. That solved our problem.
