If I could rate Emil Anderson construction a zero star rating, I would. They are the most inconsiderate, rude, company in kelowna and I am ashamed that they don't pride themselves more on customer service to the public. They are currently doing construction paving on Gordon and Frost Rd. Trying to get to my home when I was trying to ask one of their workers for directions on how to get to my home I was rudely told that I couldn't get there until 4 pm. I asked if there was an alternate way and that I needed to get home ans he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem while standing there smoking. Longest wait times I have ever experienced. 35 minutes behind a school bus of children all of which are late for school now. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Recent experience with one of the work trucks. HF3079 if I recall correctly. Could use some significant training around the use of turn signals and the ability to merge onto a highway. Always shocks me when companies plaster their name all over their trucks and then allow the employees to drive them this way.
