EDIT: The owner of the company, Jeff, called us to try and resolve our issues since he was away and unaware of the issues we had. He was VERY apologetic over the misunderstandings we had with the office and with our bill. Jeff did send someone ASAP to grind the root and said he will help work with us on the cost since we had so many previous issues. EXCELLENT customer service from Jeff and very professional. The young man that came to grind our stump was also fantastic. He was professional and polite and did a fantastic job.

Cody Tree Service was professional, courteous and handled themselves politely while working onsite on our challenging job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is dealing with complex tree removal particularly when operating within the boundaries of a Strata Complex!
