I had a totally destroyed phone, and a newer phone in a different brand. I didn't want to flip the make of phone so Raiyan was able to provide me with a phone I wanted for an exchange. Because the face of the phone was destroyed, he brought in a new face for my old phone and was able to transfer all of my information to my new phone.
