I had gone in to get an old school pay day loan with a deep feeling of dread and trepidation as it had been 5 years since I had to seek out a payday loan and recalling how horrible my past experience with becoming involved with a payday loan situation. I was very impressed with the changes that Have been made to the overall business operations despite the really high interest rates Gulpreet was great to deal with and I really appreciated all effort and time she spent with me. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cash Money on Cooper Road in Kelowna, and I must say, it was an experience worth every penny! Morgan, the superstar behind the counter, made my day with her exceptional customer service.
From the moment I walked in, Morgan greeted me with a smile brighter than the Okanagan sun. Navigating the world of loans can be as daunting as finding a parking spot in downtown Kelowna, but Morgan made it a breeze. Great customer service, can't remember the name of the representative I talked to but she went above and beyond to help me. She was also very kind and patient. She is the type of representatives that companies should dream of having. Give her a raise because she definitely deserves it!!
