Took out our old furnace and AC, and installed a new furnace and heat pump that qualifies for FortisBC rebates. Riley, Miles, and Aaron were knowledge, professional, and happy to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use Blair in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical work done.
Oakley was such a blessing! He came right after he finished with another customer and explained everything patiently. He gave me the options, explained each very carefully with the pros and cons. Then he proceeded to start work immediately once I made the decision. He also gave me options for financing. Not only is he very professional but he is a caring, compassionate person, very mature for his age.......He helped transform a potentially disastrous situation ( an all night leaking water tank ) into a manageable situation.
We are pleased with the service provided by Blair. The technicians Riley, Mylest, and Tyler, who came to install our AC and Furnace, did a great job; they are knowledgeable and explained the process well before and after installation. Alicia
