I am a Esthetician and Hairstylist and The is the most wonderful person in the world! She was an amazing in customer service and very professional! I highly recommend this spa because the attention to detail is very impeccable! They have dairy high end products suit, a specific clientele that really appreciates professionalism and service! If you ever go to Kelowna, you must stop by this place and have a very relaxed time while you are staying at the Coast Capri Hotel!

My Fiancé and I booked for the Timeless Eternity package for some pre-wedding relaxation and we had an amazing time! The pip scrub felt and smelled amazing and we melted away in our massages. The environment was very relaxing and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nerissa and Adelina are the best!! Can't wait to book for this again.

I took my daughter and daughter in law for a spa day before their weddings and it was perfect. Right frim the second we walked in Debra made us feel special and excited for our spa treatments. The ultra red sauna is uncluded and it was a great start to my massage with Adelina. The massage was the best massage i have ever had and will decinately be back. I would recommend Beyond Wrapture to everyone. Definately 5/5.
