My inspector was very informative on all levels. He throughly checked all the appliances, and found the dishwashers were leaking. And even noticed things that werent there like the screens or the lack luster driveway. Hes kept my builder on his toes and i greatly appreciated his service. Worth every penny.

I was hesitant being unfamiliar with the process and so far away and unable to be onsite. But Clint talked me through the process and we went ahead. The unit smells like a new car!!! Prior occupant had smoked a lot of Cannabis inside the unit. The smell is gone completely. Well worth it!

Report was detailed,great photos of each category,gave good info on report areas,had some questions was able to speak to him on phone,quickly as these inspectors are very busy at this moment, was easy to confer with on said issues,answered my questions of concern , polite, professional in every aspect, would have no problem , referring and dealing with this company again in future or calling him personally on area of concern!
