I am extremely impressed with the high quality of service provided by George. He was prompt to get out, diagnose and repair my furnace when it was not working correctly. It is so difficult these days to find contractors and companies that display such a high level of service and put the customer first. Adlem Mechanical truly understands what it means to provide a good quality of support. I wouldn’t choose anyone else for HVAC in the Okanagan!

Adlem has bailed us out a few times (furnace during last year's cold snap, fireplace that wasn't working properly) the most recent during the cold snap last week when our hot water tank died. They are always quick to respond to enquiries, fair with their pricing and do good quality work explaining what's needed and why. Would highly recommend them!

Great service. Mark was great and took the time to explain the charges before he performed the work , so there were no surprises. He was fast and efficient. The cost was within my budget and very reasonable. Not to mention my fireplace looks new again! Thank you to the Adlem crew.
