We had a serious water drainage issue that led to our basement flooding. In a bit of a panic, we called Dave, and he came out on a Saturday night to help us—something not many would do. After inspecting the problem, he discovered the cause: a baseball that our kid had accidentally thrown into a drainage pipe.
