Everyone was so kind and inviting, wonderful atmosphere and vibes here. My friend had Brooklynn for a hair dresser, and she was so bubbly and wonderful to vibe with, she did an amazing job on my friends hair. She completely understood what my friend wanted done with her hair and went above and beyond to accomplish it for her! My friends hair looks so beautiful and healthy, and honestly you can’t even tell she took off any length! 10/10 recommend checking her and this salon done!!

Great tanning experience. Andrea was a really fast and easy communicator. I texted the number and she got back to me within 10minutes and helped me find a time.I didn’t know what tone I needed, I wanted something sunkissed but not too dark and I just let her judge what would be appropriate for my skin colour and she nailed it! She was personable and really thorough with the tanning process.The building has parking on Enterprise but you just need to walk down the street because the entrance is on Hardy.Would highly recommend!

I have been getting my lashes done by Avery for just about a year now, ever appointment I am greeted with a huge smile and welcoming hello! Only living in Kelowna for a year now I learned very early that finding a lash tech that did Mega Volume was not easy, because most do Classic here (from my knowledge of calling businesses). I could not be more impressed with Avery’s work, she makes me feel so beautiful every time I leave the salon and the retention of her work is impeccable. She is a sweetheart, and if you want your lashes done right, book with her!
Got the best nails ever for my fiancé and honestly had a great time with Lindsay. As a guy honestly it was nice having someone explain the process as well as going through all the steps and man there was a ton. First time getting my lashes done at Lola's!Tons of parking, the CUTEST dog to welcome you as you walk in, friendly positive ladies, and such a CUTE spot! A bunch of cleansers, products, face masks and scrunchies for sale. Fluffy blankets/pillows, and the best part of it all, THE CHAIR!I usually have a hard time sitting still for so long on the regular benches and my back starts killing me but with this recliner I was in zero pain after 3 hours. She wears magnifying glasses in order to see exactly each lash and ensures it is installed properly and she cares greatly about the health of your lashes and encourages cleaning and brushing and gives tips how to care for your lashes.Super happy to have found this place and cant wait to go back!

I began investigating Botox for tension headaches. I already knew Dr. Chetty because he was previously my family doctor and I was comfortable with him. He and Isabel explained the approach and the cost model very clearly. I was given a variety of options to pursue but I didn't feel at all pressured to take on any additional treatments. I have been headache free as a result and the smoother forehead is a great bonus! I specifically wanted it to look very natural and was worried about Botox in general but Dr. Chetty and Isobel put me at ease and I am very happy with the results.

Ashley and Raylene (sp?) were professional and kind, and gave us both a wonderful relaxing massage and foot detox. My friend and I were side by side in a very serene and soothing treatment room. Cristina did a call out for me on very short notice to the Kelowna General Hospital on very short notice on a very busy day....the Friday before Christmas. WOW! I just had the most incredible face lifting facial by Cinthia! She trained in Japan and used some incredible techniques that actually gave me a wonderful lift and glow. Cinthia is a beautiful healer and I have had the pleasure of getting the best massages from her in the past. I don't know why I waited so long to do her facial, but my husband is amazed by how radiant and toned my skin looks. I cannot recommend Jasmin enough!! By far the best lash tech I've ever gone to. I've been going to her for volume lashes for the past year and a half and she never disappoints. She always makes sure they look perfect before I leave, and goes above and beyond to accommodate bookings for her regular clients. What is most impressive though is the retention and attention to detail for separation - I can go 2-3 weeks with my lashes still looking full and even, and they never fall out in clumps or leave weird gaps. I always look forward to our appointments - great vibes in the studio and overall lovely person to chat with while I get my lashes done! :)

I am very sensitive to most glues and Shay gets them done with perfect lash mapping and no reactions she doesn't do only one style of lashes, she can do cat eye, mega volume etc and whatever suits your eyes or whatever you request. My washing machine stopped spinning last Saturday, after calling dom-tech and leaving a voice message my call was returned Tuesday ( it was a long weekend). I want to mention my machine is over 20 years old and this is my first repair. Ken came and checked the machine and discovered a part was required he ordered the part and it

When we moved into our (new to us) condo, the carpets were so badly stained we thought we would have to replace them. There were pet stains everywhere and shoe marks as well as some other very dark stains. Sierra Clean Care did a deep clean and stain removal of all our carpeting. All the stains and marks came out, and the carpet looks like new. I've been in several flooring stores that pretty much carry the same thing but I was amazed to see the unique carpet samples here. One was the softest carpet I have ever felt, unlike any other, you have to feel it to believe it. Plus, there were other designs that I've never seen before anywhere else. It's definitely worth the look, if you're shopping around.

Had the guys over for 1/2 a day to remove two dangerous trees along with an overachieving juniper. Started on time and worked safely and diligently until the work was complete. Visiting Kelowna from out of town and my son threw out his ribs. I called several other clinics and Lisa was able to get us in right away. The atmosphere in the clinic was very hospitable and calming. Dr Wood thoroughly explained the process of the adjustment which was different from what I had been used to. I was impressed with the assessment. Dr Wood knew EXACTLY what to work on. He even found a chiropractor for us to visit back at home. We walked out and my sons exact words were "I feel like i could do a backflip right now. My back has never felt this good."

Completed my Class 1 with this great group of teachers. The office staff are also a pleasure. MELT theory was always correlated back to real-world examples (Louie). The driving instructors (Aaron, Greg, Mike, Vlad) were all very patient and willing to share any industry information you want to know. They don't teach you how to pass ICBC's test - they teach you how to drive correctly, as well as other inyard maneuvers, to prepare you for working in the industry. Passing ICBC will become a formality.
