Our home in Heffley Lake developed a skylight leak. We called Thompson Valley Roofing (TVR) and they were excellent to deal with. They sent a member of their team to our home the same day. Their communication was excellent. They diagnosed and solved the problem efficiently and effectively. They offered options for contact for follow -up should any issues arise. I have worked with a lot of roofing companies and the customer service at TVR stands out as the best. This is the first review I've ever written for any business and was happy to write this given the interaction we had with Thompson Valley Roofing.Thanks!JM

Called to have some damaged shingles repaired,were here early next day. This after waiting weeks for the original installer to show up ! Will definitely be using this company in the future.

We sprung a winter leak in the roof a few years back. They tarped us up to hold us over until they could apply the new flash on roof. Really great service and I would hire them again-but they said that roof will last for years!
