I purchased 6 large maple trees fall 2020. These were recommended for the Kamloops climate and my particular yard. Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 trees didn’t survive come spring.After some discussion, Sirocco has offered to replace the trees at cost. Although I was initially disgruntled that 3 trees perished, I was ultimately satisfied that Sirocco was responsive to my concerns, and provided a reasonable solution.
