Picked up an online order and then exchanged one item for another. Always friendly and easy to deal with. The folks who work in the fish dept. really know their stuff and make sure customers have the right set up before selling livestock to them.

Can't say enough about Des in the doggie salon!!! She always does such a wonderful job with our little Maggie. We definitely left it too long for a haircut this time and she was matted, poor thing in this heat. I was feeling pretty bad about it but Des was so professional, didn't make me feel bad and took her time. Best groomer in kamloops! Thanks Des!

Tiara W is a phenomenal dog trainer! We enrolled our pup into puppy training classes and his behaviour has changed drastically since doing so. Tiara W is wonderful with dogs and people, she explained the purpose of each trick which allowed us to understand our dog better and was always willing to talk privately after class. This training was not only for my pup but also for me, I learned a ton and so did my dog. Thanks Tiara!
