She is knowledgeable and thorough. She explains everything before she starts on your brows. The shop is meticulously clean and organized as is Amber. She takes a lot of photos all the way through the process so you are included in all aspects of decision making. I literally almost fell asleep during my procedure. I’m 66 with severe arthritis in my hands so pencils are getting much harder to use. Honestly 5 out of 5 Amber is a magician. I am so pleased. I would recommend having a consultation appointment with her to get her opinion on your eye brows.“
