Leslie in store was fantastic but Hudson Bay Canada has been the worst customer service. The online ordering process has been absolutely painful, no solutions to rectify a very expensive error on their part. I am still waiting for a refund for a product I never picked up and I have spoken with multiple people in their customer service office who have yet to actually do what has been promised.
