Jim has helped tremendously with repairing an older back injury of mine. He brings a creative holistic approach which is so refreshing. Jim actively listens and works with you so you feel super comfortable discussing your treatments!

I honestly can't say enough about my experience with Jim. I have been looking for this type of treatment for years. He offers an approach that considers the whole body and mind. Going for a nice massage is nice but it's not enough for what I was looking for in terms of my overall wellness and health. I live a very active lifestyle and am pretty hard on my body. I have learned so much about how to take care of it in a way that will allow me to continue my activities and be pain free. If you care about your body, definitely book an appointment!

Jim is an excellent RMT. His years in practice show in the quality of his work! He is skilled in a multitude of techniques and I find that his therapy is always extremely effective.

I’ve been practicing Massage therapy for 25 years. I offer therapeutic Deep tissue and Relaxation Massage. Other modalities include Spinal release therapy and Posture analysis, Visceral (internal organs) massage, Muscle and full body rebalancing based on the 5 Element acupuncture theory, stress/anxiety release techniques, and I teach self massage/rehabilitation so clients learn how to enhance and maintain their own health.
