Amazing! Moved to Kamloops and was very scared to find a new hair salon, called in at changes and they were so nice and welcoming on the phone, helped me book in with Kayla. After that never going anywhere else! Saw her for a second time and just perfect, she is very talented and knows exactly how to make your hair how you want it. Now I’ve prebooked my next visit out, and will continue to do so after each appointment!! Thanks !!

I just had my first experience at changes and WOW! I had Kayla has my hairstylist and she was AMAZING ! She was sooo kind, easy to talk to and very understanding in what I was wanting for my hair. She cut it perfectly and got the most beautiful colour for me. She was very professional and understanding of what I was looking for. I highly recommend her as she is just the best! Left booking my next appointment as I loved results! Thanks for making me feel pretty ! 100/10???

I had an amazing hair cut done by Alana, she listened to exactly what I asked for and I'm so happy! She also gave the most incredible head massage when she washed my hair!
