Came to fairmont on vacation and ended up with a flat tire, went to Canadian Tire and they wanted to keep the tire for a couple days which we couldn’t wait so we came to OK tire and they fixed it right away. If you’re ever in a jam skip Canadian Tire and come to OK. So friendly and great work.
Ross and Josh are absolute gems! When our hiking party found ourselves with two flat tires on the Bugaboo Forest Service Road, Ross went above and beyond to get us the help we needed despite being on another call. Josh was called in to support and his honest and upfront communication style left us feeling assured that we were making the right decision to leave the vehicle with them and continue on our way home with good Samaritans offering to drive us back to Alberta. Josh was even answering texts well after his work day had ended from his personal residence- seriously!! Ross continued to demonstrate stellar customer service as he personally towed our vehicle back to Alberta for us in the following days. This entirely stressful experience was made so much lighter by the above and beyond service these folks provide. I highly recommend calling them if you ever find yourself in need- you won't regret it! They are amazing humans- thanks again Ross and Josh- we are so grateful we called you!

What a pleasant experience from top to.bottom dealing with Aisling Baile. Our rental Three Peaks was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 6 adults.
Chelsey was a true gem to work with. Emails were returned in a timely manner and all our questions and concerns were addressed. The home was spotless and all the amenities in good order. We loved our home in the mountains and very much enjoyed its proximity to town without being in town. The home is exactly as represented.

THE most knowledgeable people in the business!!!! EXCELLENT customer service (kindly allowed me to borrow a couple of flooring samples for several days ?) after articulatly explaining the differences between numerous flooring products. I was even more excited that they also do countertops AND blinds! They are my number one stop. And, THEY ARE LOCAL!!!!
