I had my lashes lifted and tinted with Gabby, but they were over processed and broken/frizzy/fell out just before my wedding. Took about two months to grow back in normally. I wanted to give her another chance, thinking it was just a honest mistake. But then she canceled my wedding nail appointment last minute giving me next to no explanation or options. I had to drive to Cranbrook to get a last minute appointment before my wedding.
I found her very unprofessional.

I was a frequent customer for over a year, never missing my monthly appointment. We had a disagreement about her service that day, and her only solution was to cancel the next appointment, even going as far as calling me passive-aggressive for expressing my concern. I want to emphasize that I communicated respectfully as I genuinely loved her work. Additionally, she owed me $30 for over a week. I insisted on a refund since I needed the money, so I had to take a day off work to go there in person, and guess what! That day, even though they assured me the money would be there, it wasn't. Gabi’s lash extensions are amazing ! I have never had mega volume lashes last so long. Not only is she incredibly efficient - but she is also so sweet and easy to chat with. I wouldn’t recommend anyone over her; she’s the best !Service: Eyelash extensions
