I started attending bootcamp on Tuesdays and Saturdays and it was just what I needed. It wasn’t long before I tried R & R, step class, melt clinic, and small group training. About a year later I was with Nancy 4 or 5 times a week, I was feeling great, and I dropped about 50 pounds.
