Do not buy their fire stoves. They don't provide replacement parts nor cover the warranty after 2 yrs. At 3 500$ + tx for a fire stove you would expect a better customer service even if it was used for only 3 yrs. They don't bother answering back when you send them request. Invest in a better company than this.

I own a Pacific Energy Summit woodstove. Not impressed with the quality or design. I've had it for two years. The fan knob broke off in the first few days of use. The valance vibrates loudly if the fan is turned up. I have to put balls of aluminum foil between the valance and the brickwork. These periodically have to be moved to control the rattle. Aside from the rattle, the fan is loud and seems underpowered as the hot air seems to come only out the left side. The door gasket has come loose. I won't buy another one when this unit packs it in which I'm sure won't be very long.

Door gasket adhesive failed and crumbled in less than 1 year which means it wasn't installed correctly at the factory.Door "hums" when at very low temperature.Customer service is unresponsive. I will absolutely not buy from this manufacturer again, even though they're local.
