I have not used recently bit I used FFN for years I found them always friendly and professional. My nails lasted a and should one fall off they were always obliging and fit me in for a replacement usually nc, dependingon reason. I would recommend FFN in a heartbeat.

Amazing woman and stylist who respects mask exceptions and doesn't discriminate against people who have disabilities or other reasons one would be unable to safely wear a mask.
