Not only did his customer service, professionalism, knowledge and punctuality exceed my expectations, but the carpets that were so soiled and probably impossible to bring back, came out looking like new once he was finished. I couldn’t believe it. Look forward to dealing with him again. After 40 years in business myself, now retired, it was not only a very enjoyable and positive experience dealing with him, it is refreshing to know there are entrepreneurs out there giving it their all, and hitting the good service aspect out of the ball park.
