Very unprofessional never respond or call back …. Have tried SEVERAL times over the years to book them - never call the customer back—- if you are on vacation put that in your voicemail! Ridiculous
I have used this service for many many years, however I have tried twice now, in the past 6 months, to have my phone calls answered to no avail. Unfortunate, because he does a great job.Service: General carpet cleaning
Sorry to say, that I am extremely disappointed. I have phoned twice now only to have my calls ignored. I have been a repeat customer for many many years and always been delighted with the cleaning job that was done.However not returned phone calls is just inexcusable. If that trend continues, I can see where this business will fold.
