The West Coast Windows team of John, Justin and JJ, replaced all of our home windows on Monday and Tuesday of last week…the two coldest days of the year, at that point. They were amazing. They were punctual, professional, respectful, cheerful, polite, tidy, careful and amazingly non-invasive considering all the hard labour they were doing in extremely cold weather. They were exacting in the work they did and left my home virtually spotless at the end of each day. They removed and re-installed all of our window coverings, something none of the other companies would agree to do. The windows are beautifully functional and we immediately noticed how much more soundproof our home is. We received quotes from three different companies and West Coast Windows was very competitive. Bonus points that it is a local company and has so many long term, happy installers working for them. The entire process from initial contact, inspection and obtaining a quote, customer service, and installation was seamless and simple. I highly recommend West Coast Windows, the product and workmanship is 5 stars, plus.

There was no pressure and we felt very comfortable with Nicholas in our home. From the initial phone call to the email exchanges - all communication was timely and appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Nicholas and his crew. They were very professional, courteous, clean, punctual and fast with great attention to detail. Not to mention the windows look fantastic!
